This routine is a souped-up version of Richard Sanders's 1998 Camirand Academy release, "Three Ropes & Baby" (which came out in book form, not on DVD). There’s nothing wildly new here as far as technique goes, nor does Richard offer anything more than a bare-bones, descriptive presentation, but the routine itself is rock solid and quite magical from start to finish.

In addition, there is a sequence in the middle where the ends of the rope go through an eye-popping series of changes and transpositions that would be a worthwhile addition to any rope routine, even if you already have one in your repertoire.

Rope magic neophytes who would prefer not to have to assemble their own routines by researching moves in multiple sources will be well served by this, and even experts might find a move or two to spruce up their existing routines.
