Robusto Stock: The new Robusto Classic shares this new stock from Expert PCC, and simply put, it's the thickest, strongest, most elegant stock ever used for playing cards. Be ready to use some serious hand strength when using these. They are not flimsy, spongy cards like many other decks on the market. Much like a baseball batter might swing two bats, the thickness of this stock makes for an outstanding practice deck. If you can do poker deals, shifts, springs or fans with this deck, handling one of the Master Finish or Classic Finish decks will be a breeze.

When the ad copy says that these cards are strong, they aren't kidding. These are some of the thickest cards around and you will need to spend some serious time breaking them in. Out of the box its almost impossible to spring or even riffle shuffle them.
So, is it worth the effort? The back design is pretty sweet in black and gold with thin borders. The finish is slick but the slight embossing on the cards makes them glide wonderfully. If you like the regular Superior brand cards, then you like all these qualities as well.
I've only had this deck for a few days so I can't say how long it will take to break them in. The ad copy sells these as a "trainer" deck but I like the design enough to try and make them an everyday deck. If you're up for the challenge and have relatively strong hands, you might like this deck. Just don't expect them to be "out of the box" ready to perform.
