All items in stock are despatched as quickly as possible, but we do not have a large staff and cannot guarantee to send items by return post. Unless an additional £2.00 is included with your order for us to take out a 'Compensation Certificiate' with the Post Office, all goods LOST or DAMAGED in the post are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. POSTAL CHARGES: On our NEW PRODUCTS WEB PAGES the postal charges are clearly shown. If you are ordering several items at once you may HALVE the shown postage cost as the postage charges shown are in respect of individual items. It is impossible to show the postage costs on our USED MAGIC WEB PAGES but a phone call to us will result in us giving you a quotation. As a general guide small items will cost around £3.00 with larger items costing about £6.00. Any excess postage sent will be refunded.
