Super Fly

This is a cards across where the spectators do all the work. Ten cards are dealt out by a spectator. He then seals them in an envelope and hides them in a "safe location." Just like a smuggler, he hides them in his pants. You assure him that there is no way you would be able to extract the cards now.
He then takes ten more cards and goes into the audience to have three of them selected. He seals these ten in an envelope himself, which is given to another spectator who hides them in his pants too. Again you emphasize that you never touch the cards, even during the selection process! Then the three selected cards, and ONLY the three selected cards take a hilarious flight from Guy #1's envelope to Guy #2's. This is an easy to do, outrageously fun, eleven minutes worth of solid comedy magic! You can play this jokes as cheeky or as innocent as you want. Customize the presentation to play for kids by putting the cards under their hats, or in the guys pants for the rowdiest adults. The presentational choices are limitless. Yet, the method is so easy to master yet so diabolically clever you won't believe how much mileage you can get from just this one routine.

Superfly is a cards across effect that is a stunner because the magician does not touch the cards. A spectator counts out 10 cards, places them in an envelope, hides the envelope in a secure place on his body to great laughter. The spectator then has three spectators select a card each from a second set of 10 cards that he has counted out. The three cards are lost in the other 7. All 10 cards are then put in another envelope by the spectator.
The magic then happens. When the second envelope is opened, there are only 7 cards. The 3 selected cards are missing. When the other envelope is removed by the spectator from where he had stashed it. There are 13 cards! Amazingly, 3 of the 13 are the cards previously selected.
Yes, the cost is high but this performs exactly as described. When the reveal is made, there is a hush, and then some 'no way expressions.'
Super Fly is a reputation maker that is well worth the price. It requires no slight of hand and in fact plays as a 'no hands on by the magician' effect. Yet, the magic happens.
Superbly is easy to do and it can be used close up, while strolling around, or on stage.
I personally use it with Superman patter, using a glowing green chard that looks like kryptonite as the reason why the transposition happened. I can't find the right words to describe the audience reaction other than to say that this is the strongest card effect in my act.
