This DVD is a mini magic course. The effects and the gimmicks are simple to make. But the effects themselves, in typical Bob Solari fashion, are very effective.
The opening video, where Bob walks into a house, with a family at the dining room table, and the knife, is hysterical, and is a great start to the magic that follows.
This is a steal !

If you've purchased any of Bob's standalone effects, you know that he has very old school instructions. We're talking a few pieces of paper with some black-and-white photos. If you've ever wondered how these things are intended to look in real-live, check out this two-DVD set.
Bob explains how to make all of the gaffs. There's nothing that you can't make and I suggest you try all of them that interest you. However, Bob sells quite a few of these as separate products. If you get frustrated or decide you just don't have the time to make the gimmicks, I highly suggest getting them directly from him.

Here are some highlights that you can only get (for now) from these DVDs (a couple are in his printed lecture notes, but I suggest the DVD version). There's so much material that I can't cover it all. Read the descriptions and if something strikes you, my guess is that you'll be happy with what you find.
Match It is a cute trick where you talk about having two selected cards "match." Instead of the cards matching value, a matchbox is produced from between them. Surprisingly, the matchbox contains two miniature cards that do match the selections. The gimmicks are easy to make and you'll have to practice the handling to make it smooth, but it's worth the effort.
Ring Rapture – ring on string with ring and necklace. Quickie.
Gift Box Prediction is a clever switching gimmick that I could see being very useful for mentalists.
Fool's Monte is a very quick, sucker monte routine. The routine, itself, is perfectly workable but the thinking behind it, and the feke used, could start your creative juices flowing and lead you to some interesting new moves for the three card monte.
