The Any Word, Any Book BOOK TEST

Effect

ANY book is casually flicked through by your spectator and ANY page is stopped at. ANY word is looked at and remembered, the book is snapped shut. While you turn away the thought of word is written down on any a piece of paper or a napkin etc, the paper is rolled up into a ball. WITHOUT ANY questions, guidance etc you name out loud the word they are merely thinking of. The paper is unrolled it says the word you NAMED.

Can be performed with a different book each and every time if you wish and ALWAYS a different word.

Complete with gimmick that fits any hardback book and complete handling at an unreal price! DVD includes Mark's tapping move, this little piece of business is excellent.
  • NO Adding Numbers to Force Words, Lines or Pages!!
  • NO Memory Work, Questions or Fishing of Any Kind!
  • ANY Language Book & Prediction!
With Instructional DVD Included!

This product is well made and even though a DVD is included, there really is not much need for it - although it is not very long (less than 20 minutes), the instructions are clear and everything is well-taught by Mark Mason.

Anyone that is a fan of book tests or that is a well-versed mentalist is already familiar with this 'type' of method. However, in my opinion, this one is much better than any of the older versions because it will probably last forever with proper care.

The part I love about this is that you can literally use any un-gimmicked book in any language; the participant has a completely free choice of book, completely free choice of page selection and again, a completely free choice of word selection. If you have the right set-up, you can have a stack of books from them to choose from.

This method allows you to focus on presentation, which can be as quick and dirty or as involved as you want it to be. I have performed this for groups of well-versed mentalists and book test users and it still went over their heads. During his demos, Mark Mason does not use an involved or drawn-out presentation at all (for more than just the obvious reasons) and it always fools people.

Whether you are familiar with this type of method or not, it is well worth getting to put in your arsenal just because of how clean it is. Is it the best available book test or the most powerful? No, but it works! It is well made, it is easy to use, it plays to all sizes of audiences and, for whatever it is worth to the reader here, this gets my recommendation!
