Effect
You ask a volunteer merely to think of any one digit number. Then ask him to speak it out loud so that everybody can hear him (of course you can invite him, to change his mind as often as he chooses to). Let's say he chose the 4 (as always you make sure that everyone agrees that it was completely free choice). You then take the envelope, which was lying their all of the time, and pull out of it another, smaller envelope. As you turn the smaller envelope upside down a note falls in your hand. On the note is written the number 4.
Inside Thoughts is a new multi-optional envelope that will not only enrich any performance but also it is an easy outlet to "save" any unpredictable situations.
Comes complete with index cards, envelopes, and instructions.

What you are essentially paying for with “Inside Thoughts” by Haim Goldenberg is a highly gaffed envelope.
Is it clever? Yes
Is it well made? For an envelope, Yes.
Will it work? Yes
The envelope allows for 9 outs. That’s a lot. The handling will require some practice but not nearly as much as a Pass. With a little more thinking, one could probably double that amount.
If you have been around mentalism for a while, you will find the methodology is not new. It is well executed but it will not surprise you. I would have enjoyed this much more had Haim given us a well constructed routine. What you get is not so much a new routine to drop into your show, but a very interesting tool that could be used in many different ways.
